Meet Megan

Megan Helwick in a red halter top, leaning forward with her hands beneath her chin

When you call, you get Megan. Megan Helwick is an award-winning real estate agent with Keller Williams Realty Services, licensed since 2014 and serving the Northshore and Greater New Orleans. She works with every client personally, from the first conversation to the closing table, helping them buy, sell and invest on both sides of the lake.

In her words

My goal as your REALTOR® is to guide you through every step in a professional, knowledgeable and friendly way. For me, the relationships I build matter even more than the business of real estate, and they often go beyond the closing table.

Megan's story

After a career in sales, customer service and management, Megan earned her real estate license in 2014 and has worked full time in real estate ever since. Originally from the Southshore, she has lived on the Northshore since 2011, so she knows both sides of the lake. She has closed more than 200 transactions and over $50 million in volume, and she is consistently in the top 20% of her market center. She helps buyers, sellers and investors at every price point across the Northshore and Greater New Orleans, and she also works with luxury, waterfront and golf-course properties. She's the one answering your questions, touring homes with you and negotiating on your behalf.
